All courses are a minimum of 20 hours.
English for Work, Life and Study
Our English classes are for adults who wish to improve their reading, writing and conversation skills. As well as providing English language skills, our classes also support our students in the development of their confidence, social connection and their ability to navigate pathways.
Our small classes, friendly, relaxed environment and qualified staff also provide a safe place and social, emotional and psychological support to vulnerable people who may find a larger institution more intimidating.
Tuesdays 9.30am - 12.30pm Intermediate
Learn English (for Chinese Speakers)
The course is delivered by a English/Chinese speaking tutor to support Chinese speaking adults to improve their written and spoken English.
Wednesdays 9.30am - 12.30pm
Learn the skills needed to work in a modern office, including Advanced Word, Excel and businees communitaction.
Mondays 9am - 12.00 during school terms
Empower Yourself (Expressions of Interest)
A course designed for women who are returnung to the workforce or who wish to build their self confidence and employability skills.

Funding and Eligibility
Learn Local courses are subsidised through the Department of Education and Training Participation Branch and eligibility rules apply. On enrolment participants will be asked to show their green Medicare card as proof of eligibility.
Participants with a current Pension Card or Health Care Card, may be entitled to a discount.
