Introduction to Computers 20ALNINTROCOMP


April 14 to June 23    | Tuesdays   |   12.30 - 3.00 pm | TERM 2

This course is a basic introduction to computers and digital devices, Microsoft Office programs as well as using the internet, email and other useful applications of information technology for home, work and study. There will also be opportunities to learn more about how to use smartphones and tablets. This course can lead to our Introduction to Office Administration course, our free Digital Devices workshops or an eight-week Digital Devices course.

Fees: $35 or $20 concession (*eligibility rules apply)


Digital Devices 20ALNIGDEV  


April 15 to June 24  | Wednesdays   |  9:30 am - 12:30 pm | TERM 2

This course will help you know which digital device best suits your needs. You will develop an understanding of how digital devices are used in the workplace. How to download and use apps, and experience working with apps that are used in the workplace, such as Google Apps, Evernote and more.

Fees: $35 or $20 concession (*eligibility rules apply)


Introduction to Office Administration 20VOCOFFADM


April 14 to May 5 | Tuesdays   |  9:30 am - 2:30 pm | TERM 2

This course introduces participants to the skills needed to work in a modern office. Skills such as word processing, basic Excel, business communication, basic marketing etc, as well as producing work documents and building your resume.

Learn Local courses are subsidised through the Department of Education and Training Participation Branch and eligibility rules apply. On enrolment, participants will be asked to show their green Medicare card as proof of eligibility. 


Participants with a current Pension Card or Health Care Card may be entitled to a discount.
