What is Positivity? How do we find it in ourselves, and how do we connect with it?

In this workshop we will summon our own inner positive emotions and learn how to increase their impact on our daily lives.

Positive emotions have been shown to have benefits for our health, our relationships, our work lives and our overall sense of well-being, thus improving our functioning and enjoyment of life.

Find your joy, in this session, and take it with you when you leave.

Strengths Workshop

How do we find our ‘inner strength’? What does that even mean? What if we don’t feel ‘strong’?

Join us in identifying and exploring your inner strengths – those qualities which help you to get up every day and face the world before you.

In this busy and challenging world we draw on our strengths all the time – imagine what it would feel like to be able to ‘see’ them, to know how you look when you embody them and to know what they feel like when they are activated.

In this workshop we will help you to call upon your own, unique, inner strengths and use them to support you, no matter the challenge.

Come to this session and walk away feeling more connected your own inner support system.

Love and Connection Workshop

We all know about Romantic Love, either through experience or from watching the movies, but what is Love really? What does it mean to live with love in your life, regardless of your relationship status?

Come along and feel the love in the room as we explore the meaning of love, and how love impacts on our daily lives.

Love leads to Connection; with our selves, with others, with life in general. Humans can’t live fully without connection – learn how to manifest love within your life and experience living life as fully as you can.

Let your love shine and connect with yourself, and others.

Would you like to find a friendly group to meet up with regularly and have fun? 

Join these classes and meet new people while learning how to create your own beautiful hand-made cards and paper-craft items.

In each class, participants will learn how to create three different styles of card.

Improve your strength, flexibility and balance with our experienced trainer Bob.

This small friendly class is suitable for all ages and finishes with a social morning tea.

The Naked Retiree - Can you leave your hat on?

So, you have retired. What does that actually mean, apart from the fact that no-one pays you to show up every day any more. 

More than just a job, work forms part of our identity. What then, when we have retired?

Join Rosemary (Samsara Counselling and Hypnotherapy) and Sharon (recently retire Social Worker and now Muse of Willow Moon) to explore how retirement can be a positive and enriching stage of life, and and how it can mean more than simply stopping paid work.

Bring your sense of fun and willingness to to laugh at yourself during this 90 minute interactive discussion on how to embrace your new 'naked' self, as a retiree.

"Mindfulness" simply means paying attention to the present moment. Practising mindfulness can help you cope with everyday life and deal with tough times.

Sunday Evenings 7:00pm - 9:00pm


This course will teach you the sewing basics while learning to use a sewing machine. Students will learn how to repair and revamp their favorite items of clothing.
