Social Support Group

 Clota Cottage Social Support Program is funded by both State and Federal Governments. The program offers social and active aging activities to eligible memebers of the community, in particular older members of the community who are living independently.


Activities include:


Social Afternoon Tea and Cards Group

This group meets on Mondays 1.00pm  - 3.00pm for social cards a cuppa and a chat.


Cost $5


Tai Chi for Arthritis 

This class is especially designed for older adults and people with arthritis or other physical restrictions. The form taught is easy to perform, safe, easy to learn and suitable for all fitness levels.


Thursdays 10:30am 

Cost $5 per class (funded)   $15 full fee

Gentle Exercise and Strength Training

This exercise class will help with joint mobility and general muscle strenthening. Portions of the class are seated and exercises may incorporate the use of weights and bands.


Thursdays 12 noon

Cost $5 per class (funded) $15 full fee


Thursday Morning Tea

A social get together between for participants classes on a Thursday or casual drop in for people wanting to chat or find out about ur other activties


11.30am to 12.00 noon
