Clota Cottage is a community Neighbourhood House located in Box Hill. We are a not-for-profit organisation offering a range of community programs including Adult Education, Leisure and Social activities. We also have spaces that we hire for meetings, classes and birthday parties. All people, regardless of age, ethnicity, ability, needs or financial status are welcome.
We are currently closed during lockdown and plan to reopen on Friday 11 June, unless otherwise instructed by the government.
We will get in touch with everyone who is enrolled in activities scheduled to take place during the lockdown. Please be patient as this will take some time. Generally, activities that were online last week will be online again, and those there were postponed are likely to be postponed again.
Our office number has been diverted and will be answered during the closure, otherwise messages will be responded to as soon as possible.
When we do return, here are the requirements:
Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, our on site classes are small with places limited. Bookings are essential.
All staff, volunteers, participants and visitors are required to adhere to our COVID-19 Code of Conduct.
All visitors to the House are required to sign in using the Victorian Government QR Code. Download the App from the DHHS website (link below) prior to your visit.
Clota Cottage has provided programs to the Box Hill community since 1987.
